摘　　要：通过分析传统四关穴的配伍机理及作用,介绍列缺与丰隆配伍调节津液及神志之功。查阅、梳理并引用大量古代医学文献,对“新”四关穴的穴性及配伍机理、传统四关穴与新“四关”对比、临床验案等方面进行了论述研究,进一步阐明了二穴配伍的针灸主治作用,为临床治疗津液和神志方面的疾病提供了一定参考。By analyzing the compatibility mechanism and functions of the traditional Siguan points, it introduces the combination of Lique and Fenglong to regulate body fluid and mind.Consulted, sorted out and cited a large number of ancient medical literatures, discussed and studied the acupoint characteristics and compatibility mechanism of the new Siguan points, the comparison between the traditional Siguan points and the new Siguan points, and clinical cases, and further clarified the two points. The main therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion of acupoint compatibility provide a certain reference for clinical treatment of body fluid and mental diseases.
