摘　　要：全球气候变化影响到人类社会的方方面面,气候变化研究也因此成为国际社会普遍关注的热点问题之一,而规范、标准的术语则成为消除专业语言中的歧义、促进高效交流的有力工具.但已有文献中,气候平均值、标准气候值、气候标准值、气候值等有关气候变化统计量的部分术语和定义界限不够清晰,存在一词多义和一义多词等问题,给术语的理解、使用造成困难,影响了气候变化研究成果的交流、推广和应用.本文通过文献调研法,对其中的部分术语和定义进行比较,以透明性、单义性、简明性、国际性、协调性为定名原则,遵照GB/T 1.1—2020和《全国科学技术名词审定委员会科学技术名词审定原则及方法》的定义原则,分别给出了标准化文件和非标准化文件中有关术语的名称、英文对应词和定义.Global climate change affects all aspects of human society,and climate change research has become one of the topical issues of international concern.Standardized terminology is a powerful tool to eliminate ambiguities in professional language and facilitate efficient communication.However,in the existing literature,some terms and definitions of climate change statistics,such as climatological normal,standard climate normal,climate standard value and climate normal,are not clearly defined,and there are problems of one term with multiple meanings and one meaning with multiple terms,which make the understanding and use of terms difficult,and affect the communication,promotion and application of climate change research results.This paper compares some of these terms and definitions through literature research,and gives recommendations on the names,English equivalents and definitions of the terms in accordance with the principles of transparency,univocity,conciseness,internationality and harmonization and the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1—2020 and National Committee for the Examination and Approval of Scientific and Technological Terms Principles and Methods on the definition of terms.
