摘  要:目的探讨循环风空气消毒机在门诊采血室中的空气消毒效果.方法选取2022年6月我院的某个门诊采血室,分别给予循环风空气消毒机消毒和紫外线灯消毒,对比两种消毒方法的效果.结果工作4h、6h后,循环风空气消毒机消毒效果明显优于紫外线灯(P<0.05).循环风空气消毒机静止状态消毒后的空气平均菌落数比紫外线灯少(P<0.05).消毒1h后,紫外线灯在物体表面的消毒效果合格率为93.3%,比循环风空气消毒机(100.0%)低(P<0.05).结论相较于紫外线灯消毒,循环风空气消毒机效果更佳,可以提高消毒合格率,降低空气中的平均菌落数,且可以持续应用,不会导致患者、医护人员损伤,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the air disinfection effect of circulating air disinfection machine in outpatient blood collection room.Methods An outpatient blood collection room of our hospital was selected in June 2022.The patients were respectively treated with circulating air disinfector and ultraviolet lamp disinfection,and then the effects of the two disinfection methods were compared.ResultsAfter working for 4h and 6h,the disinfection effect of the circulating air sterilizer was significantly better than that of the ultraviolet lamp(P<0.05).The average number of colonies in the air after static disinfection by the circulating air sterilizer was less than that of the ultraviolet lamp(P<0.05).After 1 hour of disinfection,the qualified rate of the disinfection effect of ultraviolet lamps on the surface of objects was 93.3%lower than that of the circulating air disinfection machine(100.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultraviolet lamp disinfection,the circulating air disinfection machine has better effect,can improve the disinfection qualification rate,reduce the average number of colonies in the air,and can be used continuously without causing damage to patients and medical staff,which is worthy of popularization and application.
