摘 要:目的规范连续性肾脏替代治疗设备的操作方式,提高维护质量管理工作的效率.方法运用以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)理论,建立失效模式与效应分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)专家小组,绘制实施流程图,确定设备故障的失效模式,通过逻辑决断来探讨能降低风险优先系数(Risk Priority Number,RPN)的预防性维修决策,实际应用并对比评估.结果实施FMEA管理后,PrismaFlex血滤机的误操作率及故障率呈明显下降趋势.结论RCM理论的运用,能显著降低血滤机在使用过程中的安全风险,提高医护人员的操作能力,提升医疗器械工程师的维护管理能力.Objective To standardize the operation mode of continuous kidney replacement therapy equipment and improve the efficiency of maintenance quality management.Methods Using the theory of RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance Management),a FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Method)expert group was established,an implementation flowchart was drawn to determine the failure mode of equipment failure,and the preventive maintenance decision that can reduce RPN(Risk Priority Coefficient)was discussed through logical decision-making,and practical application and comparative evaluation were discussed.Results After the implementation of FMEA management,the misoperation rate and failure rate of PrismaFlex blood filter machine showed a significant downward trend.Conclusion The application of RCM theory can significantly reduce the safety risk of blood filter in use,improve the operation ability of medical staff,and improve the maintenance and management ability of medical device engineers.
