花红片联合布洛芬治疗湿热瘀阻型原发性痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察花红片联合布洛芬治疗湿热瘀阻型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择湿热瘀阻型原发性痛经72例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组予内服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予花红片治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较2组经行时间、月经量、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、痛经症状评分及总体临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.44%和72.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组经行时间和月经量较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组经行时间、月经量改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:花红片联合布洛芬治疗湿热瘀阻型原发性痛经疗效显著,可有效改善患者月经情况,减轻疼痛及其他相关症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Huahong tablets combined with ibuprofen on patients with primary dysmenorrhea of damp-heat stasis obstruction type.Methods:A total of 72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of damp-heat stasis obstruction type were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the treatment group was additionally given Huahong tablets based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three consecutive menstrual cycles.The menstrual duration,menstrual volume,score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),score of dysmenorrhea symptoms and overall clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.44%in the treatment group and 72.22%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual duration and menstrual volume in both groups were increased significantly when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of menstrual duration and menstrual volume in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and both scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huahong tablets combined with ibuprofen has a significant effect on patients with primary dysmenorrhea of damp-heat stasis obstruction type,which can effectively improve menstruation,relieve pain and other related symptoms.
