芩连止泻汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿腹泻临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芩连止泻汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取90例脾胃湿热型腹泻患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组行穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用芩连止泻汤治疗,2组均治疗5 d。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫球蛋白(Ig)及炎症因子水平的变化。结果:观察组总有效率95.56%,高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组主症、次症积分,以及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组主症、次症积分,以及血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IgA、IgG水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组血清IgA、IgG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芩连止泻汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃湿热型小儿腹泻,可有效减轻患儿的临床症状,提高其免疫力,抑制炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Qinlian Zhixie tang combined with point application for infantile diarrhea of spleen-stomach dampness-heat type.Methods:A total of90 cases of children with diarrhea of spleen-stomach dampness-heat type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with point application,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qinlian Zhixie tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for five days continuously.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome scores,immunoglobulin(Ig)and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was95.56%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms,as well as the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two scores and three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgA and IgG in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qinlian Zhixie tang combined with point application for infantile diarrhea of spleen-stomach dampness-heat type can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms in children,enhance the immunity,and inhibit the inflammatory responses.
