脐反应点进针法治疗疼痛性疾病思路探析

摘　　要：研究分析脐反应点进针法治疗疼痛性疾病的临证思路。脐反应点进针法是脐针疗法创始人齐永教授以脐洛书全息理论为指导,结合后天八卦全息理论,运用针柄,在脐相应方位寻找疼痛反应点,并由反应点进针,针尖朝向肢体疼痛部位,必要时配合拍打疼痛部位以助行气活血止痛的一种针刺方法。脐针疗法治疗疼痛性疾病中普遍使用的一种针刺方法,具有操作简单、疗效快速、用针数量少等特点,可为针刺治疗提供一种新思路。This paper aims to study and analyze the clinical idea of treating painful diseases with the method of acupuncture at umbilical reaction points.Guided by the holographic theory in Qiluoshu and combining the holographic theory in the acquired eight trigrams,the method of acupuncture at umbilical reaction points is brought out by Prof.QI Yong,which is to use the handle of a needle to find the reaction points related to the pain at relevant position of umbilicus,and then penetrate the needle from the reaction points with the tip of the needle towards the location of limb pain,patting the location of pain when it is needed to help move qi,invigorate blood and relieve pain.The therapy of umbilical acupuncture is a commonly used acupuncture method in the treatment of painful diseases,which has the characteristics of simple operation,rapid curative effect and less consumption of needles,and can provide a new idea for acupuncture treatment.
