针刺联合麒麟加减方治疗男性不育症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合麒麟加减方治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:选取100例不育症男性患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组予以麒麟加减方口服,治疗组在对照组基础上予以针刺治疗。2组均治疗3个月。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后精液分析结果、激素水平[促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)]、中医证候积分的变化。结果:经秩和检验,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组精液量、精子总数、精子密度、精子顶体酶活性、a级精子活力、精子活率指标值均较治疗前上升,精子畸形率均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组精液量、精子总数、精子密度、精子顶体酶活性、a级精子活力、精子活率指标值均高于对照组,精子畸形率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH、T水平均较治疗前上升,治疗组上述3项水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合麒麟加减方可明显改善患者精子质量及激素水平,缓解中医临床症状,提高生育率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modified Qilin prescription for male infertility.Methods:A total of 100 cases of male patients with infertility were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of modified Qilin prescription,and the treatment group was additionally treated with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The clinical effects in the two groups were observed.The changes in the results of semen analysis,hormone levels including luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T),as well as Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of semen volume,total sperm count,sperm density,sperm acrosin activity,grade A sperm motility and sperm activity rate in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and sperm abnormality rates were decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of semen volume,total sperm count,sperm density,sperm acrosin activity,grade A sperm motility and sperm activity rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the sperm abnormality rate was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and T in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in t
