摘　　要：介绍陈金利副主任中医师治疗青春期大骨龄矮小儿童的临床经验。陈金利认为,青春期大骨龄矮小的病机关键为本虚,由肾元虚损,脾失健旺,精血不足,筋骨形体失养而致,故将脾肾不足证作为该病的基本证型。临床以健脾益肾,益气养血,壮骨助长为法,方选龟鹿二仙合八珍汤加味。同时,强调睡眠、运动、均衡营养在助长身高中的作用,重视儿童用药的依从性,调动儿童的主观能动性,共同达到助长身高的良效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of CHEN Jinli,deputy director of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of children with large bone age and short stature in adolescence.CHEN holds that the pathogenesis of puberty with large bone age and short stature is the deficiency of the foundation,which is caused by the kidney qi depletion,failure of the spleen to transport,the lack of essence and blood,and the loss of nourishment of sinew,bone,and body constituent.Therefore,the spleen-kidney insufficiency syndrome is regarded as the basic syndrome type of the disease.The clinical method is to fortify the spleen and kidney,boost qi and nourish the blood,and strengthen bones.The prescription is modified Guilu Erxian tang and Bazhen tang.At the same time,it should emphasize the role of sleep,exercise and balanced nutrition in increasing height,pay attention to children’s compliance with medication and mobilize their subjective initiative,so as to jointly achieve the good effect of attaining height.
