摘　　要：国医大师葛琳仪在冬令膏方的运用上经验丰富,常先用“开路方”健运脾胃,然后施补,运用“三位一体”思辨模式,精准辨识,重视培元固本,尤其顾护脾胃,同时认为冬令膏方也不应囿于“补”,宜补中寓调、补中寓治,以“以平为期”为目标,崇尚以和为贵,平衡药性,动静结合。因冬令膏方服药时间长,葛老常详细嘱咐患者,讲究服药方法。Chinese medicine master GE Linyi,is an experienced Chinese medicine practitioner in applying herbal paste for winter.She usually uses kailu prescription to promote the spleen’s and stomach’s abilites to transport nutrients.Then she applies the method of supplementing,and uses the thinking pattern of“three-in-one”to identify and differentiate with precise.She emphasizes reinforcing the vital essence and fostering the sourcecaring and protecting the spleen and stomach.What’s more,she also believes that herbal paste for winter should not be limited into supplementation,and it should be also used for regulation and treatment at the same time.She sets up her target of“taking the interior balance as the expectation”and pays attention to harmony by balancing the nature of medicines and combining dynamic and static aspects.Because of the long course of the treatment with herbal paste for winter,Master GE often instructs patients in detail to pay attention to the method of taking the herbal paste.
