王莒生治疗原发性干燥综合征经验浅析

摘　　要：王莒生教授认为干燥综合征以阴虚津亏为根本病机,应从肺胃论治,治疗上重视从整体出发,针对肺胃阴虚证患者,治以养阴润肺、补气健脾、益胃生津为法,方以沙参麦冬汤或生脉散为基础,用药以太子参或沙参、麦冬、五味子等养阴、补气药为主,因人因证,灵活遣方用药,根据兼证的不同进行药物的加减,从养五脏六腑之阴入手,兼顾清燥解毒、活血化瘀、益气养血,阳中求阴,补而不滞,以调节机体水液代谢及津液输布为目的,临床中取得了较好疗效。Prof.WANG Junsheng believes that the basic pathogenesis of sjogren’s syndrome is yin deficiency and fluid inadequacy,and it should be treated from the lung and the stomach based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and special attention should be paid to the whole.For patients with the syndrome of yin deficiency of the lung and stomach,the treatment methods are enriching yin and moistening the lung,supplementing qi and fortifying the spleen,and boosting the stomach and promoting fluid production;the prescriptions are based on Shashen Maidong tang or Shengmai powder,and the herbs are mainly yin-nourishing herbs and qi-supplementing herbs,such as Radix Pseudostellariae or Radix Adenophorae seu Glehniae,Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.According to the person and the syndrome,Prof.WANG flexibly prescribes and modifies the prescriptions according to the different concurrently syndromes.Starting from nourishing yin of the five viscera and six bowels and taking relieving dryness and resolving toxins,invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,and boosting qi and nourising the blood into account,Prof.WANG’s treatment seeks yin within yang;her treatment focuses on supplementing but without stagnation,and aims at regulating the body fluid metabolism and body fluid distribution,which has achieved a great therapeutic effect.
