摘  要:应用太阳能等绿色节能技术降低农村住宅碳排放并提升其室内热环境水平是目前亟需解决的问题。团队参加SDC2021并建造了一栋147.6 m^(2)的农村低碳实验住宅,该住宅采用被动式设计,建筑6个界面均设置了XPS保温层,建筑缝隙处使用防水隔/透汽膜减少了冷风渗透,装配式结构减少了冷桥和建筑缝隙,门窗为三玻两腔高性能门窗。应用实地测试的方法对其室内热环境进行了研究,测试周期为600 h。研究结果表明:该住宅室内温度高于室外温度且变化趋势平稳;室内的相对湿度处于国家标准范围内且变化平稳;附加阳光间能有效改善室内的热环境;房间南向布置能有效提高太阳辐射得热;该住宅在无采暖下的PMV偏冷,需要适当采暖提高热舒适。该研究能够为提高农村住宅热环境,降低能耗和碳排放提供实测数据支撑。The application of solar energy and other green energy⁃saving technologies to reduce the carbon emissions of rural houses and improve the indoor thermal environment level is an urgent problem to be solved.The team participated in the SDC 2021,and built a 147.6m^(2) rural low⁃carbon experimental house,the house adopts a passive design.XPS insulation layers are installed on the six interfaces of the building.The use of a waterproof barrier/vapor membrane in the building gap reduces the penetration of cold air,the prefabricated structure reduces cold bridges and building gaps,and the doors and windows are high⁃performance doors and windows with three glass and two cavities.The field test method was used to study its indoor thermal environment,with a test period of 600 hours.The research results show that:the indoor temperature of the house is higher than the outdoor temperature and the changing trend is stable;the indoor relative humidity is within the national standard range and changes smoothly;the additional sunroom can effectively improve the indoor thermal environment;the layout of the room in the south direction can effectively improve the solar radiation heat gain;the PMV of the house is cold without heating,and proper heating is needed to improve thermal comfort.This study can provide measured data support for improving the rural residential thermal environment and reducing the carbon emissions and energy consumption of rural residential buildings.
