摘  要:本文通过对装配式地面辐射末端的传热过程进行分析建立了动态传热模型与能量守恒方程,理论推导得到了装配式地面辐射末端热阻、热容及热响应时间的计算定义式。结合理论推导及现有的辐射供暖系统热性能测试方法,提出了基于动态传热模型的辐射末端热阻、热容及热响应时间计算方法。动态热性能实验结果表明本文基于动态传热模型的辐射末端热性能参数计算结果误差较小,完全满足工程要求。此外,计算得到的辐射末端热阻、热容及热响应时间可为装配式地面辐射供暖系统的合理设计及精准动态调控提供支持。The dynamic heat transfer model and energy equation were established by analyzing the heat transfer process of the prefabricated floor radiant terminals in this paper.The calculation definitions of heat resistance,equivalent heat capacity,and thermal response time of the prefabricated floor radiant terminal were obtained by theoretical derivation.Based on the theoretical derivation and the existing thermal performance testing methods of radiant heating systems,a test method for measuring the thermal resistance,heat capacity,and thermal response time of prefabricated floor radiant terminals was proposed.Experimental results of thermal performance show that the calculation error based on the dynamic heat transfer model in this paper is small.The calculated thermal resistance,heat capacity,and thermal response time of prefabricated floor radiant terminals can provide support for rational design and precise dynamic control of prefabricated radiant heating systems.
