摘  要:为实现“3060”双碳目标、推进清洁能源低碳高效利用,基于Rhino⁃Grasshopper可视化编程平台,以采暖碳排放、室内热舒适和改造全局成本为目标,构建低碳和零碳情景下的河北省“双替代”农宅改造设计优化模型,并应用“乌托邦点”法优选最佳改造方案。结果表明:相较于基准情景,低碳情景下河北省各子气候区“双替代”农宅最佳改造方案采暖碳排放降低56%~71%,室内热舒适改善27%~84%,全局成本增量-60%~6%,多具有经济可行性;零碳情景下,各子气候区“双替代”农宅最佳改造方案采暖碳排放降低82%~100%,室内热舒适改善23%~83%,全局成本增量-46%~198%,即未考虑政府补贴及金融政策扶持的条件下,理论上多不具备经济可行性。In order to achieve the"3060"double carbon goal and promote the low⁃carbon and efficient utilization of clean energy,based on the Rhino⁃Grasshopper visual programming platform,with the objectives of heating carbon emissions,indoor thermal comfort and the overall cost of renovation,the"double substitution"rural house renovation design optimization model in Hebei Province under low carbon and zero carbon scenarios was built.The"utopian point"method was used to select the best renovation plan.The results show that compared with the baseline scenario,under the low carbon scenario,the carbon emission of heating of the"double substitution"rural house in the sub⁃climate zones of Hebei province is reduced by 56%~71%,indoor thermal comfort is improved by 27%~84%,and the global cost increase is-60%~6%,which is economically feasible.In the zero carbon scenario,the optimal"double substitution"rural house renovation plan in each sub⁃climate region can reduce the carbon emission of heating by 82%to 100%,improve the indoor thermal comfort by 23%to 83%,and increase the overall cost by-46%to 198%.In other words,it is not economically feasible at the present stage without considering the government subsidies and financial policy support.
