摘　　要：目的分析呼和浩特及周边地区毒蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,旨在总结本地区蛇伤患者的流行病学特点及治疗现状,为该地区蛇伤的防治提供科学依据。方法收集2008年5月-2020年10月某院普通外科收治的毒蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,对其流行病学特征及治疗现状进行分析。结果本次调查共185例纳入分析,呼和浩特及周边地区毒蛇咬伤者多为中老年男性农牧民,咬伤时间集中在每年夏秋季节,以5-10月份为主,被咬伤后47.6%的患者能在6 h内来院就诊,蛇伤以轻型为主,预后较好。结论呼和浩特及周边地区毒蛇咬伤具有显著的季节性和地域性,积极普及防治毒蛇咬伤知识,可明显降低毒蛇咬伤的发生率。Objective To analyze the epidemiological features and treatments of patients with venomous snake bites in Hohhot and its neighboring areas through retrospective review of patients′medical records,so as to provide insights into the management of snake bites in these areas.Methods The medical records of patients with venomous snake bites admitted to department of general Surgery of a hospital during the period from May 2008 through October 2020 were retrospectively reviewed,and patients′epidemiological features and treatments were analyzed.Results A total of 185 of patients with venomous snake bites were included in this survey.Most cases in Hohhot and its neighboring areas were middle-aged and elderly male farmers and herdsmen,and snake bites were mainly found in summer and autumn each year,which predominantly occurred between May and October.There were 47.6%of patients seeking medical services within 6 hours following snake bites,and mild symptoms were predominant found.In addition,favorable prognoses were observed.Conclusion Venomous snake bites appeared a remarkable seasonal and regional distribution in Hohhot and its neighboring areas.Active and extensive health education pertaining to venomous snake bites knowledge is recommended to reduce the incidence of venomous snake bites.
