摘 要:目的分析2019-2021年邯郸市8~10岁儿童尿碘监测及甲状腺肿大率情况,为科学落实分类指导和科学补碘的防治方法提供可靠依据。方法2019-2021年分别采用《尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法》和B超法对邯郸市8~10岁儿童尿碘和甲状腺进行监测。采用χ~2检验对儿童甲状腺肿大率的差异进行统计学分析。结果2019-2021年邯郸市8~10岁儿童各年尿碘监测中位数分别为:235.4、230.4、231.2μg/L,8~10岁儿童尿碘含量≥300μg/L的构成比分别为34.69%、27.69%、33.41%。2019-2021年邯郸市8~10岁儿童各年甲状腺肿大率分别为3.67%、2.21%、1.71%,均低于5%,甲状腺肿大率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.83,P<0.01)。结论2019—2021年邯郸市碘缺乏病病情稳定,但8~10岁儿童碘营养水平明显超高,应制定因地制宜和分类指导的科学补碘的防治方法。Objective To provide reliable basis for reasonable implementation of classification guidance and scientific iodine supplement prevention&treatment methods in Handan by analyzing urine iodine monitoring and goiter rate of 8-10 years old children in Handan from 2019 to 2021.Methods Urine iodine and thyroid of 8-10 years old children in Handan from 2019 to 2021 were monitored by the method set out in the Arsenic-Cerium Catalytic Spectrophotometric Method for Determination on Iodine in Urine and B-scan ultrasonography method.Difference in the goiter rate was statistically analyzed byχ~2 testing.Results Median value of urine iodine monitoring for 8-10 years old children in Handan from 2019 to 2021 were 235.4,230.4 and 231.2μg/L,respectively.The composition ratios of urine iodine content of 8-10 years old children≥300μg/L were 34.69%,27.69%and 33.41%,respectively.The goiter rate of 8-10 years old children in Handan from 2019 to 2021 was 3.67%,2.21%and 1.71%,respectively,and difference in the goiter rate was statistically significant.Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,the iodine deficiency conditions in Handan are stable,and the iodine nutrition level of 8-10 years old children is evidently super high,hence it is necessary to take measures according to local conditions and guide scientific prevention and treatment of iodine supplementation.
