摘　　要：目的研究乳房假体植入术后难治性肋软骨炎的诊疗。方法研究2018年8月至2021年8月复旦大学附属中山医院整形外科收治8名乳房假体(或扩张器)取出术后持续感染患者的患者,获取患者临床资料,通过PET/CT对难治性感染进行诊断,行清创修复手术。结果8名患者中5名存在感染性肋软骨炎,PET/CT明确诊断,清创修复术后恢复良好。结论乳房假体植入术后反复感染可能存在感染性肋软骨炎,通过功能影像精准定位、手术彻底清创可治愈。Objective To study the treatment of refractory costal chondritis after breast prosthesis implantation.Methods Eight patients with persistent infection after breast implant(or expander)removal were admitted to the department of plastic surgery,Zhongshan Hospital,from August 2018 to August 2021,and clinical data of the patients were obtained,and refractory infection was diagnosed by PET/CT.The debridement and repair surgeries were performed.Result Infectious costochondritis was present in 5 of the 8 patients,with a clear diagnosis by PET/CT and good recovery after debridement and repair.Conclution Infectious costochondritis may exist after recurrent infections after breast implantation,which can be cured by precise localization with functional imaging and thorough surgical debridement.
