基于“因质制宜”理论探讨小儿推拿联合膳食对儿童体质的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿推拿联合膳食调理体质的效果,以期为临床和基层组织对儿童偏颇体质调理、提高儿童健康水平提供新思路和新方法。方法:收集2019年1月至2020年12月长沙市4所幼儿园、4个社区健康驿站404名学龄前儿童的资料,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=202)与对照组(n=202),试验组予小儿推拿联合膳食调理体质方法,对照组予以相应膳食调理,比较两组儿童的体质评分变化及生机旺盛质(平和质)转化率。结果:干预后,两组儿童偏颇体质评分均降低,且试验组偏颇体质评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组平和质儿童中医体质辨识评分均明显高于干预前,且试验组平和质评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均有儿童转化为平和质,且试验组平和质转化率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“因质制宜”理论的辨质-辨脏-辨经穴相结合的小儿推拿联合膳食优化诊疗方可改善学龄前儿童体质。Objective:To observe the effect of infantile massage combined with diet on physical fitness,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical and grass-roots organizations to regulate biased physical fitness and improve children's health level.Methods:Totally 404 preschool children were retrospectively analyzed in 4 kindergartens and 4 community health post stations in Changsha from January 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=202)and control group(n=202).The treatment group was given infantile massage and dietary conditioning,and the control group was given corresponding dietary conditioning.The changes of physical fitness score and exuberant constitution(Pinghe constitution)conversion rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the biased constitution score decreased in two groups,and the treatment group showed lower biased constitution score than control group(P<0.05);The score of Pinghe constitution of children was significantly higher than that before intervention in two groups,and the treatment group showed higher score of Pinghe constitution than control group(P<0.05).There were children transforming into Pinghe constitution in two groups,and the treatment group showed higher transformation rate of Pinghe constitution than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of"Adjusting Measures to Quality",conditioning differentiation,viscera differentiation and meridian acupoint differentiation infantile massage combined with diet conditioning can improve the physical fitness of preschool children.
