归脾汤加味治疗艾滋病合并抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨归脾汤加味治疗艾滋病合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 将90例艾滋病合并抑郁症患者分为对照组43例,治疗组47例,对照组进行高效抗逆转录病毒治疗和盐酸帕罗西汀片20 mg/次,1次/d,治疗组在对照组基础上加用归脾汤加味治疗,疗程8周,观察汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、临床症状、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))情况。结果 治疗后,两组HAMD评分、临床症状、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))均有改善,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 归脾汤加味治疗艾滋病合并抑郁症有良好临床疗效,可有效缓解临床症状,HAMD评分及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的改善明显优于对照组,减轻患者抑郁症状的同时,明显提高了免疫功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Guipi Decoction(归脾汤加味)combined with paroxetine tablet combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of AIDS combined with depression.Methods 90 patients with HIV/AIDS merge depression can be divided into two groups,control group 43 cases,47 cases of treatment group,in both two groups of highly active antiretroviral therapy(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART),on the basis of the control group take paroxetine tablets,on the basis of control group and treatment group with Jiawei Guipi Decoction treatment,course of 8 weeks,observe clinical symptom,Hamilton depression rating scale score,the level of T lymphocyte subsets.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms,HAMD score and T lymphocyte subsets were improved in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Jiawei Guipi Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AIDS combined with depression,significantly alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients,the improvement of HAMD score and T lymphocyte subsets is significantly better than the control group.While alleviating the depressive symptoms,the immune function were significantly improved.
