摘  要:口苦症是指与进食或药物无关,患者自觉口中有苦味的症状,与脾胃湿热病机关系密切。湿热之邪病及三焦,蒙上流下,上扰于心,中犯脾胃、肝胆,下损于肝肾,皆可引起口苦症。临床当结合患者全身证候、整体观念、辨证论治,从三焦分治、阴阳异治的角度进行辨治。Bitter taste in mouth means that it has nothing to do with food or medicine, and patients are aware of bitter taste in mouth, which is often closely related to dampness-heat of speen and stomach. Dampness-heat disease that it involves Sanjiao, cover the upper and lower flow, upward disturbe the heart, medially invade the spleen and stomach, liver and gallbladder, and downward damage to the liver and kidney, can cause bitter taste in mouth. Clinical differentiation and treatment should be combined with patients’ systemic symptoms, overall concept, pathogenesis-based diagnosis and treatment, which can be used to treat bitter taste in mouth from the point of view of Sanjiao treatment and different treatment of yin and yang.
