摘　　要：目的 探讨PMC方案联合益肾解毒汤治疗女性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的疗效及对患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的影响。方法 选择2015年1月—2019年10月医院治疗的女性系统性红斑狼疮患者84例,随机分成两组各42例。对照组采用PMC方案治疗,观察组采用PMC方案联合益肾解毒汤共同治疗。结果 观察组总有效率95.24%高于对照组总有效率80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清MCP-4、IL-4低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组SLE活动指数(SLEDAI)积分、疲劳程度量表(FSS)评分、中医证候积分(TCMSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PMC方案联合益肾解毒汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效显著,可以降低患者血清MCP-4和IL-4水平,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the curative effect of PMC regimen combined with Yishen Detoxify Decoction in the treatment of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and intervention on the serum levels of MCP-4 and IL-4. Methods Selection of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in 84 cases as the object of study, in 2015 January-2019 year in October in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each. Control group: treated by PMC regimen. Observation group: the PMC regimen combined with Yishen Detoxify Decoction treatment. Results The total efficiency in the observation group is 95.24% higher than that of control group 80.95%,with significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MCP-4, IL-4 of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the patients in observation group were SLEDAI integral, FSS, TCMSS, the observation group were lower than those in the control group, integral(P<0.01). Conclusion PMC regimen combined with Yishen Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus, good curative effect, can reduce the serum MCP-4 and IL-4 levels in patients, improve the quality of life.
