加速外科康复护理联合补肾活血汤对骨髓移植术康复效果及生活质量的改善

摘　　要：研究探讨加速外科康复护理联合补肾活血汤对骨髓移植术患者的康复效果及生活质量的改善效果。方法 收集本院2019年6月—2021年6月期间收治的88例骨髓抑制患者,分为观察组和对照组各44例。患者均行骨髓移植术,对照组以补肾活血汤治疗加常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施加速外科康复护理干预。对两组患者的遵医行为、康复进程、并发症发生率、生活质量评分等指标进行对比。结果 观察组遵医行为率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组引流管拔管、开始下床活动及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.82%低于对照组22.73%(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加速外科康复护理联合补肾活血汤对骨髓移植术患者的康复效果良好,能够改善患者的遵医行为,能够加速患者术后康复进程,降低术后并发症发生率,提高生活质量。To study the effect of accelerated surgical rehabilitation nursing combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血汤)on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation.Methods 88 patients with myelosuppression treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.All patients underwent bone marow suppression surgery.The control group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction plus routine nursing intervention.The observation group implemented accelerated surgical rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The compliance behavior,rehabilitation process,complication rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of drainage tube extubation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.70%,which was lower than 23.91%(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated surgical rehabilitation nursing combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction has a good rehabilitation effect on patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation.It can improve their compliance behavior,accelerate their postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve their quality of life.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of further popularization and application.
