真武汤加味辅助治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的效果及对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨真武汤加味辅助治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭(ADHF)的效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2021年1月医院收治的60例ADHF患者,按计算机随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础增加真武汤加味辅助治疗,比较中医证候积分、利尿剂(速尿)剂量及24 h尿量、心功能、血清指标和不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,观察组中医症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),24 h尿量多于对照组,速尿剂量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组K^(+)、Na^(+)、CREA及BUN比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组LVEF高于对照组,NT-pro BNP低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 真武汤加味辅助治疗可增加ADHF患者24h尿量,改善心功能及内环境稳态,且不增加不良反应的发生,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)in the treatment of patients with ADHF.Methods A total of 60 ADHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and divided into group A with 30 cases and group B with 30 cases according to the computer random number method.Group B was given conventional western medicine treatment,and group A added Zhenwu Decoction as adjuvant therapy on the basis of group B.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,diuretic(furosemide)dosage,24-hour urine volume,cardiac function,serum indexes and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05),the 24-hour urine volume in group A was more than that in group B,and the dosage of furosemide was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),the K^(+),Na^(+),CREA and BUN in two groups There was no significant difference(P>0.05),LVEF in group A was higher than that in group B,and NT-pro BNP was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhenwu Decoction can increase 24 h urine volume,improve cardiac function and internal environment homeostasis in patients with ADHF,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It is safe.
