集束化护理联合清肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究探讨集束化护理联合清肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年6月—2020年6月收治124例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组给予清肺汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加集束化护理干预。对两组患者的肺功能指标、护理质量、生活质量、护理满意度等进行评估比较。结果 观察组肺功能指标包括用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理质量包括基础护理、危重护理、健康教育、护理文书质量等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.94%(57/62),高于对照组患者的77.42%(48/62)(P<0.05)。结论 集束化护理联合清肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者干预效果显著,能够改善患者的肺功能指标,提高护理质量和生活质量,提高护理满意度,可在护理实践中推广应用。Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing combined with Qingfei Decoction(清肺汤)on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 124 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group.The control group was given Qingfei Decoction,and the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The lung function index,nursing quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results the pulmonary function indexes including FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality including basic nursing,critical nursing,health education and quality of nursing documents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.94%(57/62),which was higher than 77.42%(48/62)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of cluster nursing combined with Qingfei Decoction on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,which can improve the pulmonary function index of patients,improve the quality of nursing and life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which can be popularized and applied in nursing practice.
