滋补脾阴方药防治认知功能障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：滋补脾阴方药(Zibu Piyin Recipe,ZBPYR)是由红参和山药等12种中草药组成的中药复方。长期和广泛的基础和临床应用证实,ZBPYR可以防治认知功能障碍。查阅截止至2021年7月为止有关ZBPYR的国内外文献报道,对其作用和机制进行分析、归纳和总结,得出ZBPYR主要通过β-淀粉样蛋白、突触可塑性、氧化应激和线粒体功能障碍、内质网应激和自噬、瘦素和胰岛素抵抗、肠道菌群等途径,能够有效改善认知功能障碍的学习记忆能力。明确ZBPYR在防治认知功能障碍方面疗效,可为临床防治认知功能障碍提供参考,为研发健脑益智新药提供新思路。Zibu Piyin Recipe(滋补脾阴方,ZBPYR)is a traditional Chinese medicine compound composed of 12 Chinese herbal medicines including Hongshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma Rubra)and Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma).Long-termn and extensive basic and clinical applications have confirmned that ZBPYR can prevent and treat cognitive dysfunction.This article con-sulted the domestic and foreign literature reports about ZBPYR as of July 2021,analyzed and summarized its mechanism of ac-tion,and concluded that ZBPYR can efctively improve the learning and memory ability of cognitive dysfunction mainly throughβ-amyloid,synaptie plasticity,oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction,endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy,leptin and insulin resistance,gut microbiota,etc.It is clear that ZBPYR has the efect of preventing and treating cognitive dysfunction,which can provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction and new ideas for the development of brain health and inlligence new drugs.
