坚骨胶囊对肘关节退变性骨关节炎伴尺神经卡压综合征患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坚骨胶囊对肘关节退变性骨关节炎伴尺神经卡压综合征患者术后康复的影响。方法选取诊治的肘关节退变性骨关节炎伴尺神经卡压综合征患者80例,完全随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,患者均采用关节镜联合尺神经松解前置术治疗,观察组术后坚骨胶囊口服治疗6个月,观察两组患者术后6个月时尺神经及时肘关节恢复状况,术前、术后6个月时肘关节活动时MEPS评分、伸屈活动度、旋前及旋后程度,术前、术后6个月时中医证候积分变化。结果观察组患者治疗后尺神经与肘关节功能优良率为95.00%(38/40)、95.00%(38/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40)、75.00%(30/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前肘关节MEPS评分、伸屈活动度、旋前及旋后程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月时肘关节MEPS评分、伸屈活动度、旋前及旋后程度较术前均明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月中医证候积分较术前均明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肘关节退变性骨关节炎伴尺神经卡压综合征手术治疗患者术后给与坚骨胶囊口服能有助于促进患者的康复,提升尺神经及肘关节功能恢复,改善症状。0bjective To investigate the ffeets of Jiangu Capsule(坚骨胶囊)on postoperative rehabilitation of degenerative osteoarthritis of elbow joint with ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the elbow joint with ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome were randonly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with arthroscope and anterior ulnar nerve release treatment.The observation group used Jiangu Capsule orally 6 months after surgery.The recovery of ulnar nerve and elbow joint in the lwo groups 6 months after surger-y,Mayo Elbow Function Scale(MEPS)score,range motion of extension and flexion,range motion of forward rotation and back-ward rotation and the changes of TCM symptom scores before and 6 months after surgery were observed.Results The excellent and good rates of ulnar nerve and elbow joint function after treatment were 95.00%(38/40)and 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group,and those were 80.00(32/40)%and 75.00%(30/40)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MEPS score,range motion of extension and flexion,range motion of forward rotation and backward rotation in the two groups had no significant diference before surgery(P>0.05).The improvement was obvious 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in the two group had no significant difference before surgery(P>0.05).The improvement was obvious 6 months after sur-gery(P<0.05)and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Oral administration of Jiangu Capsule after surgery for patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of elbow joint with ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome can help to promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the functional recovery of ulnar nerve and elbow joint,and improve symptoms.
