摘　　要：龙船花是在中国南方地区发现的一种具有观赏价值的灌木植物,分为大叶龙船花和小叶龙船花两种,均具有重要的药用价值。龙船花中含有多种化学成分,主要有挥发油、黄酮类、三萜类、甾体类、环烯醚萜类、有机酸类和木脂素类等成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、止泻、抗氧化、保护肝脏和心脏、抗肿瘤及化学保护、降压等活性。由于其化学成分种类多样且药理活性广泛,龙船花从古至今一直作为药用植物使用。通过对龙船花的化学成分、药理活性研究进行总结,根据质量标记物的概念,预测得出山柰酚、异鼠李素、山柰酚-3-O-云香糖-7-O-鼠李糖苷、儿茶素、东莨菪内酯、龙船花脂酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷酸、京尼平苷、熊果酸、齐墩果酸等有效成分可作为龙船花的质量标志物,为将来的龙船花药材研究提供有力的借鉴,从而更好地利用龙船花这一重要药用资源。Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.)is a shrub plant with ornamental value found in southern China.It is divided into two types:big leaf Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.)and small leaf Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.),both of which have important medicinal value.Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.)contains a variety of chemical components,mainly including volatile oil,flavonoids,triterpenes,steroids,iridoids,organic acids and lignans,etc.It has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-diarrhea,anti-oxidant,liver and heart protection,anti-tumor and chemical protection,anti-hypertension and other activities.Due to its diverse chemical composition and wide range of pharmacological activities,Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.)has been used as a medicinal plant since ancient times.This article summarized the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.).According to the concept of quality markers,it was predicted that kaempferol,isorhamnetin,kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside-7-O-rhamnoside,catechin,scopoletin,cystolic acid,chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid,geniposidic acid,ursolic acid,oleanolic acid and other effective components could be used as quality markers of Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.),and provided a powerful reference for the future research on the medicinal materials of Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.),so as to better use Longchuanhua(Ixora chinensis Lam.)which is an important medicinal resource.
