针刀干预对颈型颈椎病模型兔血清中IL-8、TNF-α、PGE2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刀干预对颈型颈椎病模型兔血清中白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis fac tor-alpha,TNF-α)、前列腺素E(PGE)水平的影响,探讨针刀治疗颈型颈椎病的抗炎作用机理。方法选择兔龄(6±0.5)个月的健康雄性新西兰大白兔24只,分为空白组、模型组、针刀组各8只,空白组正常饲养不做干预,模型组和针刀组建立颈型颈椎病模型兔,模型组在造模成功后7 d取材,针刀组以针刀治疗结束7 d后取材,并用ELISA法测定其中IL-8、TNF-α、PGE水平。结果与空白组比较,模型组兔血清IL-8、TNF-α、PGE水平均明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,针刀组血清IL-8、TNF-α、PGE水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论颈型颈椎病作为各类型颈椎病的早期阶段,伴随着各种炎症反应,IL-8、TNF-α、PGE水平均明显升高,针刀治疗颈型颈椎病,能够明显降低IL-8、TNF-α、PGE水平。Objective To observe the effects of needle knife intervention on serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostaglandin E(PGE)in rabbit models of cervical spondylotic disease,and explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of needle knife treatment of cervical spondylotic disease.Methods A total of 24 healthy male New Zealand white rabbits aged 6 weeks and a half months were selected and divided into blank group,model group and needle knife group.The blank group was fed without intervention,and the model group and needle knife group were used to establish model rabbits with cervical spondylosis.The samples were collected from the model group 7 days after the successful modeling,and from the needle knife group 7 days after the end of needle knife treatment,and the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand PGEwere determined by ELISA.Results Compared with those of the blank group,the levels of serum IL-8,TNF-αand PGEin the model group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with those of the model group,the levels of serum IL-8,TNF-αand PGEin the needle knife group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Cervical spondylosis is the early stage of various types of cervical spondylosis.With various inflammatory reactions,the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand PGEare significantly increased.The needle knife treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly reduce the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand PGE.
