摘 要:借助于模量反演理论和弹性层状体系理论,采用FWD逐层测试了自基层至沥青上面层各层顶面的动态弯沉值。以倒装式沥青路面结构为例,对比理论计算法与反演法确定的各结构层顶面当量回弹模量变化。研究表明:理论计算法确定当量模量受反演变量层位、层数和材料类型的影响较大,较多的反演层位导致当量回弹模量计算转换次数增多,计算当量模量结果偏大,当量模量计算中应选用较少的变量个数;理论计算法确定的当量回弹模量精确性并不如反演法,逐层反演确定的模量值更符合现场实际工况;同时,为便于应用,针对倒装式沥青路面当量回弹模量计算公式进行了修正,建议引入修正系数;结构层模量值由材料特性及结构特性共同决定,路面结构计算分析中材料参数的选取应兼顾室内试验测试值与结构特性。采用逐层反演法确定结构层当量回弹模量时精确性满足工程实践要求,可用于路面结构评价和路面加铺层设计中。With the help of modulus back-calculation theory and elastic layered system theory,FWD is used to test the dynamic deflection value on the top of each layer from the base to the upper layer.Taking the inverted asphalt pavement structure as an example,the equivalent elastic modulus change of the top surface of each structural layer determined by theoretical calculation method is compared with that determined by the back-calculation method.The research shows that the equivalent modulus determined by the theoretical calculation method is greatly affected by the number of layers of the inversion variables and the type of material.More inversion horizons lead to an increase in the number of conversions in the calculation of the equivalent elastic modulus,and the results of the calculation of the equivalent modulus is slightly large,therefore,a smaller number of variables should be used in the calculation of the equivalent modulus;the equivalent elastic modulus determined by the theoretical calculation method is not as accurate as the back-calculation method,and the modulus value determined by the layer-by-layer inversion is more in line with the actual working conditions on site;at the same time,in order to facilitate the application,the calculation formula of the equivalent elastic modulus of the inverted asphalt pavement has been revised,and it is recommended to introduce a correction coefficient;the modulus value of the structural layer is determined by the material characteristics and structural characteristics,and the selection of the material parameters in the calculation and analysis of the pavement structure should take into account the laboratory test value and structural characteristics.The accuracy of the equivalent elastic modulus of structural layers determined by layer-by-layer back-calculation method meets the requirements of project practice,which can be used in pavement structure evaluation and pavement overlay design.
