摘  要:随着成孔技术的提高,微型桩在边坡滑塌加固治理中的应用越加广泛。但过大的长细比使得传统质量检测方法无法真实、准确地反映微型桩施工质量。通过在大直径灌注桩和微型桩中预埋测温电缆,可实时监测桩身不同深度处的水泥浆水化热升温变化。经过大直径灌注桩测试试验,验证了温度监测方法用于分析桩身质量的可行性与可靠性。相同方法用于微型桩桩身完整性、截面尺寸等施工质量控制参数分析,可为微型桩质量判别提供依据和参考。Micro-piles are being widely used in slope collapse reinforcement projects with the improvement of hole forming technology.However,construction quality of micro-piles can not be accurately tested by the traditional quality detection methods due to the large slenderness ratio of micro-piles.Temperature cables are embedded in a large diameter cast-in-place pile and a micro-pile.Temperature changes caused by hydration heat at different depths are constantly recorded.Through the large-diameter cast-in-place pile test,the feasibility and reliability of the temperature monitoring method for analyzing the quality of the pile body are verified.The same method is used for the analysis of construction quality control parameters such as the integrity of the micro-pile shaft and section size,which provides a basis and reference for the quality judgment of the micro-pile.
