摘  要:继电器在起重机控制电路中起着至关重要的作用,可实现电路的实时控制。由于传统继电器系统的调速范围小,起重机起升机构电气控制系统的运行效率低下,需要对其进行优化。对起重机的控制改由西门子S7-1200 PLC可编程控制器执行;起重机的起升机构调速系统改用西门子G120变频器,并采用PROFINET现场总线通信技术改变西门子G120变频器的频率;依据起重机起升机构起吊环节所要提升的重量,实现自动配速功能。通过对起重机起升系统的优化设计,提高了起重机起升机构的运行效率及运行时的安全系数。Relay plays an important role in crane control circuit,which can realize realtime control of the circuit.Due to the small speed regulation range of the traditional relay system,the operation efficiency of the electrical control system of the crane lifting mechanism is low,so it needs to be optimized.The control of the crane is executed by Siemens S7-1200 PLC programmable controller.Siemens G120 frequency converter is used in the speed regulation system of the lifting mechanism of the crane,and the frequency of Siemens G120 frequency converter is changed by using PROFINET fieldbus communication technology.The automatic speed matching function is realized according to the weight to be lifted by the lifting ring section of the crane lifting mechanism.Through the optimal design of the crane lifting system,the operation efficiency and safety factor of the crane lifting mechanism are improved.
