摘　　要：以航天发动机喷雾试验系统为被控对象,设计了基于西门子WinCC组态软件的上位机实时监测与控制系统,可以实时显示试验系统的各种参数和历史记录,可以手动和自动控制被控对象。重点介绍了测控系统的组成、功能以及WinCC组态软件在该系统中的应用,并介绍了结合下位机PLC实现对喷雾试验设备的监控,以及对试验参数的远程设定。测试结果表明,该测控系统具有自主选择系统运行模式、实时远程监控并存储系统参数、动态展示参数变化趋势以及自主设置系统初始化参数等功能,可方便用户进行航天发动机的喷雾试验研究。Taking the aerospace engine spray test system as the controlled object,the real-time monitoring and control system in the upper machine based on Siemens WinCC configuration software is desigened,which can display various parameters and historic records of the test system in real-time.The controlled object can be controlled manually and automatically.This paper focuses on the composition and function of the measurement and control system and the application of WinCC configuration software in the system.It also introduces the monitoring of spray test equipment and remote setting of test parameters combined with the lower computer PLC system.The test results show that the measurement and control system has the functions of independently selecting the operation mode of the system,monitoring and storing the system parameters in real time,displaying the dynamic trend of parameters,and initializing parameters automatically.
