摘　　要：标准实施效果评价是国家加快数字化发展的必然要求,也是衡量标准化活动成果的重要尺度,能够帮助修订下一步标准。本文从标准类型、量化收集方法入手,系统性地构建了一套标准实施效果评价指标体系以及数据收集方法。通过将指标体系和收集方法相结合,提出了一套具体可行的数据收集方案。Standards implementation effect evaluation is an inevitable requirement for the country to accelerate digital development. It is also an important means to measure the results of standardization activities, which can help revise the future standards. This paper starts with standards types and quantitative collection methods, systemically builds a series of evaluation indicator system of standards implementation effect and data collection methods, and proposes a set of concrete and feasible data collection schemes by combining the indicator system and the collection method.
