摘　　要：为提高检验检测机构仪器设备档案管理的科学化、规范化、制度化水平,以最大程度满足资质认定的相关要求,提出仪器设备档案管理标准化。通过分析仪器设备档案标准化的必要性和可行性,提出从归档范围、管理、利用与服务、维护与改进、保管与处置等方面开展标准化。得出检验检测机构标准化开展仪器设备档案管理时,能做到“有法可依”,减少不符合发生的频次,为结果和数据的准确性提供最有力的技术支撑。In order to improve the scientific, standardized and institutionalized level of instrument archives management in inspection and testing bodies, and to meet the requirements of qualification identification to the greatest extent, the standardization of instrument and equipment archives management is proposed. Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of standardization of instrument and equipment archives, the standardization of archiving scope, management,utilization and service, maintenance and improvement, storage and disposal is put forward. It is concluded that inspection and testing bodies can "have laws to rely on" to reduce the frequency of nonconformity and provide the most powerful technical support for the accuracy of results and data when carrying out standardized instrument and equipment archives management.
