摘 要:目的:分析血站采供血服务中差错管理对提高血站管理规范化及血液质量的影响。方法:将2019年1月至2020年1月未实施差错管理的5000例无偿献血者、30例工作人员作为对比组,将2020年2月至2021年2月实施差错管理的5000例无偿献血者、30例工作人员作为观察组,对比两组血液报废率、血液检测不合格率、差错事件总发生率、献血者满意度。结果:观察组血液报废率、血液检测不合格率、差错事件总发生率均低于对比组,观察组献血者满意度高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:差错管理应用于血站采供血管理中,可有效降低血液报废率、不合格率、差错发生率,提高献血者满意度。Objective: To analyze the influence of error management in blood collection and supply service on the standardization of blood station management and blood quality. Methods: 5,000 unpaid blood donors and 30 staff members who did not implement error management from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the control group,and 5,000 unpaid blood donors and 30 staff members who implemented error management from February 2020 to February 2021 were taken as the observation group. The blood scrap rate, blood test unqualified rate, total error event rate and blood donor satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The blood scrap rate, unqualified rate of blood test and total incidence of error events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of blood donors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of error management in blood collection and supply management in blood stations can effectively reduce the blood scrap rate, unqualified rate and error rate, and improve the satisfaction of blood donors.
