附骨疽的中西医规范化治疗进展

摘　　要：附骨疽乃中医骨伤科的常见病,属于西医骨髓炎的范畴,其疗程长,症状反复,治疗费用昂贵,致残率高,成为当代医家的治疗难题;以往的诊疗手段主要通过应用抗生素进行治疗,长期未规范化应用抗生素会导致细菌的耐药,产生多重耐药菌以及多重细菌感染,大大影响了本病的预后与治疗进展。本文从附骨疽的中西医认识、临床症候、病因病机、诊断标准、中西医治疗出发进行综述,旨在通过中西医结合的角度治疗该病,为该病的规范化治疗以及未来发展方向提供思路。Suppurative osteomyelitis is a common disease in orthopaedic department of traditional Chinese medicine,which belongs to the category of osteomyelitis in Western medicine. Its long course of treatment, repeated symptoms, high treatment cost and high disability rate have become a hard problem of modern doctors. Previous diagnosis and treatment method is mainly antibiotics. Long-term unstandardized application of antibiotics will lead to bacterial drug resistance and multiple resistant bacteria and multiple bacterial infections, which greatly affect the prognosis and treatment progress of this disease. This article reviews the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, clinical symptoms, etiology and pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and treatment of suppurative osteomyelitis, which aims at treating the disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine and providing ideas for the standardized treatment of the disease and its future development.
