我国水路运输标准化发展趋势浅析

摘　　要：水路运输标准化在推进国家水运治理体系和治理能力现代化中发挥着基础性、引领性作用,推动交通强国建设、推动长江经济带高质量发展等国家重点战略对发挥标准在水运行业服务和治理中的作用提出了较大需求。本文基于水运标准化现状,结合水路运输管理体系,分析归纳了水路运输标准化范围,研究提出了水路运输标准化重点领域和发展趋势,为标准化助力行业治理和企业发展提供参考。The standardization of water transportation plays a fundamental and leading role in promoting the modernization of the national waterway transport governance system and governance capacity.National strategies such as promoting the construction of a powerful country in transportation and facilitating the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt put forward more demands for waterway industry standardization.Based on the status of waterway industry standardization,combined with water transportation management system,the scope of water transportation standardization is analyzed in this paper with the key areas and development trends put forward.The outcome of this research provides reference for waterway transport industry governance and enterprise development by using standardization as a tool.
