浦江创新“标准化+数字化”基层信访的做法与启示——以金华浦江“下访接访”信访工作标准化试点为例

摘　　要：基层是产生信访问题的源头,也是解决信访问题的主体。近年来,浦江积极顺应人民对美好生活的新需要和数字化高科技的新发展,创造性地把标准化、数字化等方法手段有机融入到基层治理中,探索推行了“标准化+”“数字化+”的下访接待模式,再创“浦江经验”新做法新成效。本文在分析当前基层信访工作面临的主要问题基础上,梳理介绍了浦江深化领导干部下访接待群众的主要做法,研究提出了有关启示及建议。The grass-roots level is the source of the problems of letters and visits,which is also the main body to solve the problems of petition letters and visits.In recent years,Pujiang county has actively responded to the people’s needs for a better life and the new development of digital high technology,creatively integrated standardization,digitization and other methods into grass-roots governance,and implemented the“standardization+”and“digitization+”reception mode of visits,and created the Pujiang new practices.Based on the analysis of the main problems faced by the current grassroots petition work,this paper introduces the main practices of Pujiang to let leading cadres to receive the masses,and puts forward relevant enlightenment and suggestions.
