数字多用表校准能力测量审核结果分析

摘　　要：按CNAS要求,实验室要按频次进行能力验证活动,验证已认可实验室能否维持该技术能力。本文针对所在实验室参加数字多用表测量审核,分析了测量审核的实施流程,对数字多用表的交流电压和直流电压测量结果进行不确定度分析。用En值法判定本次测量审核结果为满意,验证了实验室本项目的校准能力。According to the requirements of CNAS,the laboratory should carry out the capability verification activities by frequency,and verify whether the accredited laboratory can maintain the technical capability.In this paper,the author analyzes the implementation process of measurement audit,and analyzes the uncertainty of AC voltage and DC voltage measurement results of digital multimeter.The En value is used to judge the result of the measurement audit to be satisfactory,which verifies the calibration ability of this project in the laboratory.
