摘  要:目前注水技术存在管柱工作寿命短、不具备防砂功能、不能有效分层等缺点,而锚定补偿式分层注水工艺技术可在较大程度上改善这些问题。锚定补偿式分层注水管柱在传统分层注水管柱的基础上增加了补偿器和水力锚,分层注水工具采用Ni-P镀防腐技术,连接螺纹和滑动部件都经过特殊热处理和多道抛光工序,能够提高注水稳定性,增加使用寿命。但还是存在部分井完井管柱在下井过程中遇阻,配水器换向困难或不换向以及密封性等问题。为此,设计了液力控制扶正机构、机械定位装置、分层注水分层防砂管柱和防垢式水力锚,以及机械定位器、新型配水器等配套工具,并改进完善了配水器及芯子密封结构,优选密封件材料。锚定补偿式分层注水工艺技术先后应用1500余井次,施工成功率达到96%以上,层段合格率达到88%,测调成功率达到97%,工艺增油15×10^(4)t。At present,the water injection technology has some shortcomings such as short working life of the string,lacking of sand control function and ineffective stratification.However,the anchoring compensating separate stratum injection technology can improve these problems to a greater extent.Based on the traditional separate stratum injection string,the anchoring compensating separate stratum injection string adds compensator and hydraulic anchor.The separate stratum injection tool adopts Ni-P plating anti-corrosion technology,and the connecting thread and sliding parts are subjected to special heat treatment and multi-pass polishing process,which can improve the stability of water injection and increase the service life.However,there are still some problems,such as resistance encountered in some well completion strings in the process of running down,difficulty or no reversing of the water distributor and sealing.To this end,the hydraulic control centralizing mechanism,mechanical positioning device,separate stratum injection and sand control pipe string and anti-scale hydraulic anchor,as well as supporting tools such as mechanical positioning device and new type of water distributor are designed,and the water distributor and core sealing structure are improved and perfected,and the sealing material is optimized.The anchoring compensating separate stratum injection technology has been applied to more than 1500well-times,and the success rate of construction is more than 96%,and the pass rate of zone is 88%,and the success rate of test and adjustment is 97%.The oil increase of the process is 15×10^(4)t.
