摘 要:大庆油田开展压驱工艺技术试验取得了较好的增油效果,已成为三类油层剩余油挖潜的主要技术手段。但同时也存在防喷防卡效果差,工程事故率高,施工周期长;流程占地面积大,井网密度较高;设备自动控制弱,用工多,劳动强度大,成本高等问题。为此,开展了压驱防喷防卡工艺及工厂化施工模式研究,形成压驱防喷防卡工艺管柱、带压压裂合压井口装置、压驱施工参数全自动计量控制方法、压驱工艺轻量化地面流程的技术系列,为压驱工艺实施提供有力的技术支撑。现场试验129口井,试验井单趟管柱连续施工能力提高到6段,单井防喷成功率86.2%,防卡成功率88.3%;分井场占地面积减少到600~1600m^(2),用工人数降低71.9%;与原模式相比,施工周期降低27.5%,单井施工成本降低13%,井组施工成本降低21%。压驱防喷防卡及工厂化施工提速降本效果达到预期。In recent years,the technology test for hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement in Daqing Oilfield has obtained good effect of stimulation and become the main technology of tapping the potential of the remaining oil in ClassⅢoil reservoirs.But there are poor effect of blowout controlling and sticking prevention,more engineering accidents,and long construction period.During the process,it covers large area with high well spacing density.Automatic control of the equipment is weak,which results in more labors with high working intensity and high cost.Therefore,blowout controlling and sticking prevention technology and factory construction mode for the hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement are studied,and a series of technologies is formed including blowout controlling and sticking prevention pipe string,snubbing wellhead assembly with fracturing,automatic measurement control method for parameters during fracturing,and lightweight surface process technology,which provide strong technical support for the implementation of the hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement.A total of 129 wells were tested in the field.The continuous operation capacity of single-trip string in the test wells increased to 6 sections,the success rate of blowout controlling in single well increased to 86.2%,and the success rate of sticking prevention increased to 88.3%.The area of sub-well site decreased to 600-1600 square meter,and the number of employees decreased by 71.9%.Compared with the original mode,the construction period reduced by 27.5%,and the construction cost of the single well and well group decreased by 13%and 21%respectively.The blowout controlling and sticking prevention technology and factory construction mode for the hydraulic fracturing assisted oil displacement has achieved the expected effect of speed increase with less cost.
