摘 要:2018年,四川省龙日种畜场为解决牦牛假阴道采精中牦牛驯化难、牦牛发情受限等问题,自主探索采用电刺激方法采集牦牛精液。先后共计采集牦牛精液150次,成功采集135次,成功率90%,开始了电刺激采精技术在牦牛上的应用。由于牦牛电刺激采精技术尚属首次,导致出现密度偏低、活力不高、杂质偏多等影响冻精质量的问题。笔者将在今后的实践中摸索解决这些问题的方法,进一步提高牦牛冻精质量。In 2018,Sichuan Longri Breeding Farm independently explored the use of electrical stimulation to collect yak semen in order to solve the problems of difficult yak domestication and restricted yak estrus in yak false vagina semen collection.A total of 150 yak semen were collected,and 135 times were successfully collected,with a success rate of 90%,which created the successful application of electro-stimulation semen collection technology in yak.As this is the first time that the yak electrical stimulation technology for semen collection has caused problems such as low density,low vitality,and more impurities that affect the quality of frozen semen.These will be summarized and refined in future practice to improve the quality of yak frozen semen.
