摘  要:为有效评估红外气体传感系统的信息传递特性,同时服务于“信息论”课程中对信息熵等基本概念的教学需求,促进教学与科研的充分融合,将红外气体传感系统视为信道,实际浓度视为输入信源,测量浓度视为输出信源,建立了红外气体传感系统的信息论模型,给出了红外气体传感信息传递效率的分析方法。首先,针对波长调制光谱技术,开展了激光调制、气体吸收、光电转换、谐波提取等环节的功能仿真。根据香农信息论的相关原理,给出了转移矩阵、信源熵和互信息等数学表达式,分析了传感系统的信息传递效率、最小可分辨浓度间隔等特性。利用传感器长时间稳定性的实际测量结果,研究了传感系统的信息传递效率、最小可分辨浓度间隔随系统积分时间的变化特性。该传感信息度量方法,既融合了信息论的基本知识,又拓展了基于波长调制光谱技术的红外气体传感系统的科研应用案例。实际应用表明,红外气体传感系统信息度量方法满足信息论的实验教学需求以及波长调制光谱技术的科研需要,取得了较好的教学与科研应用效果。In order to effectively evaluate the information transmission characteristics of infrared gas sensing system,to serve the teaching needs of basic concepts such as information entropy in the course of“information theory”and to promote the full integration of teaching and scientific research,the infrared gas sensing system is treated as a channel,the actual concentration is treated as an input information source and the measured concentration is treated as an output information source.The information theoretical model of the infrared gas sensing system is established.The analysis method of information transmission efficiency of infrared gas sensing is proposed.Firstly,aiming at the wavelength modulation spectroscopy technique,the functional simulation of laser modulation,gas absorption,photoelectric conversion and harmonic extraction are carried out.According to the relevant principles of Shannon’s information theory,the mathematical expressions of transfer matrix,source entropy and mutual information are presented,and the characteristics of information transmission efficiency and the minimum resolvable concentration interval of the sensing system are analyzed.Based on the actual measurement results of long-time stability of the sensor,the variation characteristics of the information transmission efficiency and the minimum resolvable concentration interval of the sensor system with the integration time of the system are analyzed.The presented information measurement method integrates the basic knowledge of information theory and expands the scientific research and application case of infrared gas sensing system based on wavelength modulation spectroscopy,which is innovative.The practical application shows that the information measurement method of infrared gas sensing system meets the experimental teaching needs of information theory and the scientific research needs of wavelength modulation spectroscopy,and has achieved good teaching and scientific research application results.
