摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮补充不同来源的锌和铜对仔猪生长性能和血清参数的影响。试验将90头21日龄断奶仔猪随机分成3个试验组,每组10个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮中饲喂150 mg/kg硫酸铜+150 mg/kg硫酸锌,试验2组在基础日粮中饲喂150 mg/kg蛋氨酸铜+150 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌,预试期2 d、正试期14 d。试验结果,与对照组相比,在终末体重、日平均采食量与日平均增重上,试验1组、试验2组更高(P <0.05),F/G均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),试验2组F/G较试验1组显著降低(P <0.05);与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组血清SOD活性、GSH活性、Zn水平、IgG含量较对照组显著提高(P <0.05),MDA含量、UN水平较对照组显著降低(P <0.05)。结论,相较于硫酸锌、硫酸铜的补充,日粮补充蛋氨酸锌与蛋氨酸铜更有利于促进仔猪生长,改善血清抗氧化酶活性,提高机体免疫力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different sources of zinc and copper supplementation on growth performance and serum parameters of piglets.Ninety piglets weaned at 21 days of age were randomLy divided into 3 experimental groups with 10 replicates per group.The control group was fed the basal diet,the experimental group 1 was fed 150mg/kg copper sulfate+150mg/kg zinc sulfate on the basal diet,and the experimental group 2 was fed 150mg/kg copper methionine+150mg/kg zinc methionine on the basal diet.The pre-trial period was 2d,and the formal trial period was 14d.Results:Compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain in trial groups 1 and 2 were higher(P<0.05),and F/G in trial groups 1 and 2 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and F/G in trial group 2 was significantly lower than that in trial group 1(P<0.05).Compared with control group,SOD activity,GSH activity,Zn level and IgG content in serum of test groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05),MDA content and UN level were significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with zinc sulfate and copper sulfate,dietary zinc methionine and copper methionine supplementation is more beneficial to the growth of piglets,improve the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes,and improve the body immunity.
