美洲大蠊饲用安全性和饲喂效果研究

摘　　要：本研究利用美洲大蠊粉替代豆粕和鱼骨粉作为肉鸡饲料的主要蛋白来源,测定其对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能和肉质形状的影响。结果显示,添加不同比例美洲大蠊粉后,肉鸡42?d增重、料重比、血清中尿素和尿酸含量均明显优于空白对照组,美洲大蠊粉对肉鸡生长具有促进作用。在免疫方面,美洲大蠊粉组的免疫器官指数均与空白对照组差异显著,且美洲大蠊粉组血液中总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白量显著高于空白对照组,可见美洲大蠊粉有促进肉鸡免疫功能的效果。在肉质性状方面,不同比例的美洲大蠊粉组与空白对照组之间差异不显著,可见美洲大蠊粉对肉鸡肉质影响不明显。结论:美洲大蠊粉是一种安全有效的蛋白饲料,可完全替代豆粕和鱼粉应用于肉鸡养殖。The purpose in this article is studying on effect of Periplaneta Americanna L.,which is used to replace soybean meal and fish bone meal as the main protein source of broiler,on performance,immune function,antimicrobial activity of intestinal and meat quality traits of broilers.The results showed that the feed-gain ratio,the weight gain,serum urea nitrogen and uric acid level of the three Periplaneta Americanna L groups are significantly better than the control group.As the result,Periplaneta Americanna L.can promote the growth of broilers.The immune organ indexes of the Periplaneta Americana groups were significantly different from those of the blank control group,and the blood total protein,globulin and albumin of the Periplaneta Americana group were significantly higher than those of the blank control group,which indicates that Periplaneta Americana has the effect of promoting the immune function of broilers.In terms of meat quality shape,there was no significant difference between different proportions of Periplaneta Americana groups and control group,indicating that Periplaneta Americana had no obvious effect on meat quality of broilers.Conclusion:This study shows that Periplaneta Americana is a safe and effective protein feed,which can completely replace soybean meal and fish meal in the feeding of broilers.
