摘  要:为解决混凝土结构损伤的精准监测问题,该文提出将石墨烯导电碳油墨集成在混凝土结构表面形成智能传感层使其“智能化”,利用电阻抗成像技术进行损伤识别。通过在智能传感层的边界电极依次注入微小的电流,根据损伤前后测得的传感层边界电压值变化,重建损伤引起的电导率变化分布图像以确定损伤情况。在此基础上,对受损结构及表面传感层进行人工修复,从而实现传感层的重复使用。实验结果表明,集成表面传感层的智能混凝土性能良好,重建的电导率变化图像能够较好地反映损伤的数量、位置和形状尺寸,通过对传感层的修复,实现对损伤发展趋势进行长期有效监测,为混凝土监测和识别提供一种有前景的技术。In order to accurately monitoring of damagefor concrete structure,this paper proposes to integrate graphene-doped conductive carbon ink on the surface of concrete structure to form an intelligent sensing layer to make it“intelligent”,and to identify damage with electrical impedance tomography.By injecting small current into the boundary electrode of the intelligent sensing layer in turn,according to the boundary voltage changes of the sensing layer measured before and after the damage,the electrical conductivity change distribution image caused by the damage is reconstructed to determine the damage situation.In addition,the damaged structure and surface sensing layer are repaired artificially,so as to realize reuse of the sensing layer.Experimental results have shown that the performance of the concrete integrated with intelligent sensing layeris good,the reconstructed image of the conductivity change can reflect the damage number,position,shape and size well;through repair,the sensing layer can perform effective monitoring for longterm,providing a promising technique for damage detection and identification for concrete structures.
