摘 要:通过搭建WRF-CMAQ空气质量模型,模拟唐山市PM_(2.5)污染区域及行业来源,并以PM_(2.5)年均浓度达标为约束条件,核算唐山市的环境容量和超载率。结果表明,周边地区对唐山市PM_(2.5)浓度的年均传输影响为27.8%,影响由高到低的城市依次为天津市(8.0%)、北京市(2.5%)、沧州市(2.2%)、保定市(1.7%)、秦皇岛市(1.5%)、廊坊市(1.4%)、承德市(1.0%)。唐山市本地电力、工业源、民用源、移动源和扬尘源对PM_(2.5)年均浓度贡献比例分别为2.8%、23.1%、5.3%、6.7%和33.9%,其中钢铁排放对唐山市的PM_(2.5)浓度贡献比例为13.4%。PM_(2.5)年均浓度达到35μg/m^(3)时,唐山市SO2、NOX、VOCs、NH_(3)和一次PM_(2.5)的环境容量分别为4.5万t、10.2万t、7.3万t、8.1万t和4.1万t,超载率分别为245.7%、248.8%、162.7%、126.6%和289.0%。In this research,the Weather Research and Forecasting Model(WRF)in combination with Community Multiscale Air Quality Model(CMAQ)was built to simulate the PM_(2.5) pollution and industry sources in Tangshan City,and the environmental capacity and overload rate of Tangshan City were calculated under the constraint condition that the average annual PM_(2.5) concentration reached the standard.The average annual transmission impact of PM_(2.5) in Tangshan was 27.8%,the cities with the higher impact were Tianjin(8.0%),Beijing(2.5%),Cangzhou(2.2%),Baoding(1.7%),Qinhuangdao(1.5%),Langfang(1.4%)and Chengde(1.0%).Local power,industrial,civil,mobile and dust sources contributed 2.8%,23.1%,5.3%,6.7%and 33.9%to the PM_(2.5) concentration in Tangshan,respectively.Steel emissions contributed 13.4%to the PM_(2.5) concentration in Tangshan.With the average annual concentration of PM_(2.5) reaching 35μg/m^(3) as the constraint condition,the environmental capacity of SO2,NOX,VOCs,NH3 and primary PM_(2.5) in Tangshan was 45000 tons,102000 tons,73000 tons,81000 tons and 41000 tons respectively,and the overload rate were 245.7%,248.8%,162.7%,126.6%and 289.0%,respectively.
