摘  要:针对河北省昌黎县某规模养猪场废水处理设施处理能力不足,出水水质不达标等问题,采用UASB+SBR组合工艺进行处理,设计处理能力为750 m^(3)/d。介绍了工艺流程及主要设计参数,考察了组合工艺对废水处理效果,分析了建设投资及运行费用。运行结果表明,该工艺出水稳定,水质提升效果明显,对COD、BOD_(5)、SS和NH_(3)-N的平均去除率分别为98.1%、97.5%、91.9%、78.6%,出水主要污染物指标均达到《GB 18596-2001畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》。Aiming at the problems of insufficient processing capacity and substandard effluent quality of wastewater treatment facilities in a pig farm in Changli County,Hebei Province,UASB+SBR combined technology was adopted and the processing capacity was designed as 750 m³/d.This article introduced the technological process and main design parameters,investigated the effect of the combined technology on wastewater treatment,and analyzed construction investment and operating cost.The running results showed that the technology had a stable water flow and an obvious enhanced water quality effect;the average removal efficiency of COD,BOD_(5),SS and NH_(3)-N was 98.1%,97.5%,91.9%and 78.6%,respectively.The major pollutant indexes in the effluent all reached“Discharge Standard of Pollutants For livestock and Poultry Breeding(GB18596-2001)”.
