生活本位视域下大学公共体育的困境与纾解策略

摘　　要：倡导学生生活本位是大学公共体育发挥育人健体职能使命的内在要求,也是新时代高校体育治理,现代化改革创新的有益探索。基于创设大学生课内外生活化体育的视角开展文献分析和观察研究发现,当前大学公共体育活动的主体性目标偏离、体育课程设计创新乏力、体育人文精神彰显不足、体育的工具性和功利性评价色彩严重、校园体育文化环境建设相对滞后等。鉴于此,建议在大学公共体育教学实践中凸显学生的主体地位,强化教学内容选择和创新性设计,充分发掘体育人文精神,践行思政育人功能,构建课内外一体化校园体育服务体系,尤其要积极为学生提供面向所有人的校园体育竞赛活动,满足学生自主锻炼需求。Advocating students’life-orientation is not only the internal requirement of sports in universities to promote students’physical fitness,but also a beneficial exploration of the reform and innovation of sports governance and innovation in the new era.Based on the creation of a life-oriented sports that integrates both in-class and out-ofclass physical education for college and university students,the researchers use literature analysis and participatory observation methods to carry out research.The current problems in college and university sports include:deviation of students’main-body status from the goals,lack of innovation in physical education curriculum design,insufficient display of sports humanistic spirit,instrumental and utilitarian evaluations of sports,and the backward construction of cultural and sports environment in campuses.Therefore,the suggestions are as follows:the main-body status of students should be highlighted;the design of physical education curriculum should be innovated;the humanistic spirit of sports should be enhanced;the function of ideology and politics education for physical education should be highlighted;the campus sports service system should be constructed that integrates in-class and extra-curricular activities,providing all students with opportunities for sports competitions on campus,so as to meet students’needs for independent exercises.
