靖眩汤加减治疗梅尼埃病临证心得

摘　　要：梅尼埃病(MD)是发作性眩晕疾病,其主要病理改变为膜迷路积水,临床以旋转性眩晕、恶心干呕、汗出耳鸣甚则耳聋为特征。该病属于中医学“眩晕”范畴,涉及肾、肝、脾诸脏,与风、火、痰、瘀、虚相关。该文通过探讨典型病案,浅析作者临床采用靖眩汤加减治疗该病的心得。Meniere’s disease(MD) is an episodic vertigo disease with the main clinical manifestations of rotational vertigo, nausea, retching, sweating, tinnitus and even deafness. Its main pathological change is membranous labyrinthine hydrops. This disease belongs to the category of vertigo according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, involving the kidney, liver, and spleen and being associated with wind, fire, phlegm, stasis, and deficiency. By discussing typical medical records, this paper expounded the author’s experience in treating this disease with Jingxuan Decoction.
